Sustainability is the key to the future. Keeping that thing in mind, Ace International Business School hosted its annual Agora 2024 event on February 29, 2024 at Ace IBS premises, Sinamangal. The event was in association with Khaalisisi.com and the main theme of the event was based on Sustainability.

A total of 10 teams participated in the anticipated event. The participating teams had to submit their videos and presentations in advance to the Ace IBS organizing team. A total of 4 finalists were selected to feature in the Finale of Ace IBS Agora on February 29, 2024. The Finale was judged by Mr. Amun Thapa, the CEO of Khaalisisi and Dr. Ashish Tiwari, the executive director of Ace International Business School.

Wonderful presentations and TVC showcase was on Display. Team from Ace Institute of Management, consisting of Sudeekshya Dwa, Daxayata Bhandari and Rahul Agrawal stood first in the competition.

Congratulations to Suprina Silwal for her outstanding victory in the Idea Busk competition, Marketing category, at Aspire 2024!

Her innovative prowess and strategic brilliance have truly set the bar high. Well done, Suprina!

Beginning new journeys sincerely and biding farewell with dignity.

The EMBA Welcome and Farewell event enchanted everyone at LISARA RECEPTION on Saturday, February 24, 2024. It was a wonderful event put forward, enhancing the bond between the outgoing, present, and the new batches of EMBA.

In order to foster the relationship between the New batch of BBA and the outgoing batch, the Ace IBS Freshers and Farewell event; Oscar Gala was conducted on February 23, 2024 at Anmol Banquet, Shankhamul. The major highlight of the event was multiple games and showcases and crowing of the Mr and Ms Freshers of the event.

The Oscar Gala event was themed similar to that of the Academy Awards with the participants dressing accordingly. There were a lot of gifts and giveaways to the attendees of the event including the program team and the students.

At the end of the event, the Best Dressed Male and Female participants were also given accolades along with the Mr and Ms Freshers. All in all, it was a resplendent event suiting perfectly for the outgoing and the new coming batch of Ace IBS

Global Challenges, Collaborative Solutions: AIM MUN 2024

On February 16, 17 and 18, Ace A Level team conducted the first edition of Ace Institute of Management Model United Nations meet. 12 Colleges from around Kathmandu came together to the event which was conducted over a 3 day time.

The event which was carried out in collaboration to AYD Nepal had delegates from outside who served as moderators and mediators for the event. The first day consisted of inauguration ceremony. The event has highlighted with the presence of Mr. Saurabh Jyoti, the head of Jyoti Group who handed over the gavels and the badges to the General Secretary and the committee members. The second day of AIM MUN consisted of real world scenario discussions followed by Social Gatherings and prize distribution in the last day.

Students of MBA, Trimester V, went on an educational trip to Balthali Village Resort on Feb 17, 2024. The trip was conducted as a part of their module Tourism and Hospitality Management. During the trip, students got a chance to interact with local people, learn about the present potential of domestic tourism in the valley’s periphery, about the rich culture of Balthali Village.

We would like to take this time to thank Mr. Ram Humagain, Founder of Balthali Village Resort, for taking the time out to share his learnings and experiences with the students.

Sustainability is the key to the future. As Ace Agora 2024 is right around the corner, we urge our dear Acers to buckle up and get themselves ready for the Agora event.

At Ace, we believe that Celebrations should not only be limited to ourselves and within the school compound. Ace A Level hosted its annual Ace Utsav 2024 Event on February 11, 2024 at Ace Institute of Management, Baneshwor premises. The event consisted of 4 major events; 3 on 3 Basketball, Essay Writing, Art Competition and Elocution Competition.

A total of 9 teams from 9 different schools took part in the Ace Utsav event. After consideration of aggregate points from the different events, the winner was selected from among the participants. Among all the other teams, KMC School stood out on top and was declared the winner of Ace Utsav 2024.

Ace Ascend has been supporting the growth and ideas of young entrepreneurs since its inception. Ascend has been providing a platform to foster these minds and startups into perfection.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Ace Institute of Management and First Avocado, a leading Business Consulting Firm, on February 7, 2024, at Ace Premises.

With mutual interest in cooperation, the two organizations signed the MoU for collaboration on guest speaker sessions, internships, placements, research collaborations and networking opportunities for Ace students.
