Guest session on the topic ‘Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for Recruitment Process’ was successfully conducted today at Ace premises for students of Ace Graduate School. The session was facilitated by Mr. Avijat Niroula, General Manager, Talent Connects. Along with the topic itself, the session touched upon various topics such as benefits of Applicant Tracking System, practices of Applicant Tracking Systems in corporate house, current trends and many more.
