Guest lecture on ‘Business Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility & Corporate Governance’ for our MBA students was successfully held at Ace Premises. Mr. Govinda B. Shahi, Legal Head at Unilever Nepal Ltd., led the session, which not only covered the core topics but also explored the practical application of these concepts by top FMCG brands in Nepal, including corporate governance, CSR, and sustainability.
All in all it was an interactive and insightful session for our graduate students.
