Ugen Gautam

Mr. Gautam started his career in banking from NDEP Development Bank, where he worked in the credit department. He was involved in loan processing and marketing. His key responsibilities were to perform risk analysis of prospective credit requests, prepare credit cases for approval, and help facilitate the clients in loan processing. He also worked at Grand Bank Nepal in the deposit marketing department and Office of the Company Secretary   

Later he left banking and started working at Ace Institute of Management in the capacity of Program Manager, Graduate School. He managed the MBA evening program. His key responsibilities were to ensure smooth operation of the program, manage different stakeholders viz. faculties and students, undertake teaching assignments, etc.

Later he served as Manager – Learning Design and Innovation at Ace Education Ventures; where he performed tasks such as researching, brainstorming, ideating on new ways of learning, designing learning methodologies and assessment models, designing integrated course framework, collaborating with industry experts to redesign course curricula, etc.

He also served as a Worker Success Associate at CloudFactory. He was assigned with the responsibility of effectively mobilizing culture budget. He was involved in designing culture budget framework as a guiding philosophy to ideate new programs and events that would ensure impactful work experience among cloud workers.

Currently, he is working at CG Holdings as Business Strategist where he assists the Management Team in creating strategies for existing as well as upcoming businesses.
