Dr. Pant has earned a doctoral degree in Entrepreneurship Development. He has more than two and half decades of teaching experience in human resource management, strategic management, international business, cross cultural management, and leadership. He has numerous research works and publications in entrepreneurship development, management development and other management issues. In addition, he also has experience of consulting for strategic planning.
