Experienced and Self-motivated HR Professional with 12 years of experience overseeing the Automotive, Home Appliances, Cements and FMCG industries, and working to implement new initiations, thoughts and changes that enhance the HR prospect to HRM and to Future Leaders & Graduates. Currently as a Team Leader of Human Resource and Operations at United Distributors Nepal (Vishal Group), a Public Speaker and Consultant. He is also a highly driven educator with 6 years of experience bringing forth dedication, skill, and the desire to positively impact the lives of students with an expertise in competencies skills along with a strong belief in real-world learning. He is currently associated as the Faculty of Human Resource Management-Concentration and other core areas of General Management and HR at different colleges in Kathmandu.
