Sharmila Maharjan, as a Psychology Graduate is a trainer for various Behavior change communication process/counseling students, children and women in various areas of society. After playing a role of psychosocial consultant, youth counselor and trainer for various organizations she joined Ace as the Program Coordinator since 2011 for Ace Institute of Management-Undergraduate School promoted currently to Associate Director.
She has been played a role of a faculty for Psychology, Organizational Behavior for various programs in many educational institutes including KCM, LACM, GEMS Xavior International College, Chelsea International College and Ace institute of Management.
A lifelong learner she yearns to teach all her life and help people achieve their goals.
