Mr. Sharan Shankar Paudel is a corporate lawyer having long court practice up to Supreme Court of Nepal. He has done L. L. M. (specializing in Commercial Law with first division) and M.A. in sociology / Anthropology. He is founding partner of World Union Legal Research and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. He has been delivering academic and legal service as resource person for LLM students and he has delivered research service as a legal consultant of Asian Development Bank for debt recovery cases in DRT. He has been teaching as a visiting faculty in KUSOM on ‘Corporate Law in Nepal’. He has published several articles in different commercial and corporate issues. He has obtained several trainings including Advance Training on Mediation. He has effectively participated in several national and international workshop, seminar and conferences including Law-Asia and presented paper as well. He was awarded by Executive Committee of Hotel Association Nepal for the excellent legal performance on the labor issues.
