Dr. Sandeep teaches Research Methodology and supervises research works at the Ace Institute of Management. Previously, he worked as an Assistant Professor at the Macao Institute for Tourism Studies (IFTM), until 2022, and taught business and tourism-related courses including Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, Economics, Special-interest Tourism and Inter-Cultural Issues in Tourism. apart from supervising these. Sandeep has also engaged extensively in providing training on destination management and marketing in capacity-building workshops and seminars for international delegates. Sandeep’s research areas of interest include employee relationships; human resource management; work and working conditions; and emotion, emotional labour and labour sustainability in the tourism and hospitality industry.
