Raju has over 12 years of experience working in the field of environment and development. He primarily focuses his work on climate change policy and environment friendly development practices. For over a decade, Raju has been working in the international climate change policy processes under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) and the Green Climate Fund (GCF). Currently, he leads an environment and development organization called the Prakriti Resources Centre (PRC) in Kathmandu. He also serves as the member of Climate Change Council for the Government of Nepal and Climate Finance Technical Committee in the Ministry of Finance. Raju has worked for organizations like the United Mission to Nepal (UMN) and Climate Action Network International (CANI) in the past.
