Phatik Prasad Poudyal

Mr. Phatik Prasad Poudyal is an assistant professor at Tribhuvan University and Head of the Department of English at Apex College, Pokhara University. He has taught English composition, communication and media, visual culture, poetry, performance studies, logic and critical thinking at Pokhara University, Kathmandu University, and Tribhuvan University. He has also served as guest faculty of communication, and logic and critical thinking at different colleges of Nepal. Mr. Poudyal has taught as a resource person in many writing workshops, mainly for business students. Besides, he has worked as an associate editor of Ekta Dictionaries, the largest dictionary project of Nepal. He has presented and published articles on language, literature and translations, and supervised MA and M. Phil theses on language and literature. He has participated in a number of faculty development programs, professional meetings and seminars and worked as a consultant for educational projects and guided teachers and students in ELT activities.
