Has been designing and conducting training modules in the areas of –- Self-awareness, Self-development, employee motivation, leadership, team building, Communication &Personality development. Conducted trainings for EIL, Maruti, Indian Airlines, JCB Escorts, Birla Sunlife, NTPC, DAV, Indraprastha school, BPR&D, CISF Officials (Asst. Commandants), SAIL, IFFCO, FCI & FDP & MDP for Amity University etc. Presented research papers in national and international seminars.
