Mr. Pradhan has a Master’s degree in Management with specialization in Strategic Human Resource Management. His primary interest is in management strategisation and contextual factors in organizational learning. He has both national and international experience managing projects and programmes of varied scope and range. As an Organization Development expert & a Management Practitioner, he has been actively involved in the field of human resource consulting, organizational assessments and reviews, institutional and OD interventions for various organizations (bilateral, multilateral, private and public corporations) primarily focusing on human processual approaches and techno- structural interventions in organizations. His other engagements have been in professional training, executive counseling and facilitating various learning programmes and competency development programmes managers and development practitioners in Nepal and abroad.
