Lal Prasad Aryal is a faculty Member at Ace Institute of Management, Shankar Dev Campus, IIMS College, and K & K College at different universities of Nepal. He has designed and delivered trainings and executive development programs on the topic of Motivation, Communication, Conflict Management, Leadership, Stress Management, Body Language, Time Management etc. for different people including employees, managers, trainees, and business owners. He is one of the trainers of Nepal Telecom Training Centre (NTTC), Universal Team Consult (UTC), Pravasi Nepali Coordination Committee (PNCC) etc.
He has been teaching organizational behavior, Operations Management, and entrepreneurship subjects at different Colleges. He has published general articles as well as research articles in national magazines & journals. He has also presented research papers in the national and international conferences on different management issues. He is also the author of the books listed below:
Besides, one interesting part of his life is that he has released an album named “Smaran” with his own lyrics, music and voice.
