Hemraj Pokhrel Upadhyaya has been working as a Corporate Lawyer on the corporate issues of Legal consultancy, Documentations, Litigation and Facilitator for Arbitration, Legal Translator for more than a decade. His professional practice is focused on the Foreign Direct Investment- FDI, International Trade, Taxation, Banking and Insurance, Corporate issues, Civil Cases and Intellectual Property. He has a deep interest in teaching and he has been involved in academic exercises for EMBA, MBA, MTTM, BBA Honors and BBA and BBA-BI programs with the responsibilities of Syllabus design, working in the Subject Committee, Examiner, Question Setter and as Subject expert for Kathmandu University School of Management, and other colleges of Tribhuvan University, Pokhara University and Purbanchal University for couple of years.
